Returns & Exchange Policy

At Iqra Studio, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following conditions before requesting a return or exchange.

Return & Exchange Period

You may request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

Requests submitted after 7 days may not be accepted.

Eligibility Conditions

The product must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • Free from stains, makeup, perfume, or damage
  • Unaltered and in its original condition
  • Returned with original tags and packaging
  • Accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

A clear and continuous parcel-opening video is required. The video must:

  • Start before opening the parcel
  • Clearly show the sealed package and shipping label
  • Show the complete opening process without cuts or editing
  • Clearly show the damage, defect, or incorrect product

Claims without a complete opening video may not be accepted.

After verification, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.

Size Exchange

Size exchanges may be accepted within 7 days, subject to stock availability.

For size exchanges:

  • The product must meet all eligibility conditions
  • Return courier charges are paid by the customer
  • Re-delivery charges may also apply
  • Exchange depends on the requested size being available

Customers are advised to check the product size chart before placing an order.

Change of Mind

Returns or exchanges due to change of mind, colour preference, or incorrect size selection may be considered only if the product is unused and in original condition.

All courier charges for these requests are the customer’s responsibility.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Altered products
  • Products without original tags
  • Used, washed, stained, perfumed, or damaged items
  • Items returned after the 7-day period

Return Courier Charges

Iqra Studio will cover reasonable return or replacement delivery charges only when we confirm that:

  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The product arrived damaged
  • A manufacturing defect is verified

For size exchanges, change-of-mind returns, or customer ordering mistakes, all delivery charges are paid by the customer.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Refunds may be issued through bank transfer or another agreed payment method. Original delivery charges are normally non-refundable unless the error was made by Iqra Studio.

Processing time may vary depending on the payment method and bank.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Contact us through WhatsApp and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Customer name and phone number
  • Reason for the return or exchange
  • Clear product photos
  • Parcel-opening video for damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Do not return any parcel before receiving confirmation and return instructions from our team.
