At Iqra Studio, we aim to deliver your order safely and on time. Please review the following shipping information before placing your order.

Delivery Within Pakistan

Orders across Pakistan are delivered through PostEx Courier or another available courier partner.

Estimated delivery time: 3–4 working days after order confirmation.

Delivery may take longer for remote areas, public holidays, severe weather, courier delays, or incomplete delivery information.

Delivery Charges

Cash on Delivery

A delivery charge of Rs. 200 applies to all Cash on Delivery orders within Pakistan.

Advance Bank Payment

Customers who make the full payment in advance through bank transfer receive free delivery anywhere in Pakistan.

Advance-payment orders are processed after the payment has been received and verified.

Order Confirmation

Cash on Delivery orders may be confirmed through phone call or WhatsApp before dispatch.

Please provide:

  • A complete delivery address
  • An active phone number
  • The correct city and area details

Orders with incomplete or incorrect information may be delayed or cancelled.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details may be shared through SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

Please keep your phone available so the courier can contact you at the time of delivery.

International Orders

For international orders, please contact us through WhatsApp before placing your order.

International shipping charges, delivery time, payment method, customs duties, and availability will be confirmed separately.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or destination-country charges are generally the customer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise.

Delivery Delays

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Iqra Studio is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions
  • Weather or road conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Remote delivery locations
  • Incorrect customer information
  • Events outside our reasonable control

Refused or Undelivered Orders

Customers are responsible for remaining available to receive their orders.

If a Cash on Delivery order is refused without a valid reason, Iqra Studio may restrict future COD orders from that customer.

Additional delivery charges may apply if an order must be shipped again because of an incorrect address, missed delivery, or refusal.
