Absolutely. We use high-quality fabrics, and our product photos are minimally edited to show the true colors. Please note that minor color shifts can occur depending on your phone's screen brightness, but the exact design and fabric guarantee remain our absolute priority.
Will the color of the clothes fade after washing?
It is natural for some dyed fabrics to experience a very slight color fade after the first wash. To protect the color and keep your clothes looking brand new, we highly recommend washing the garment inside out in cold water, using a mild detergent, and drying it in the shade rather than under direct sunlight.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery across all cities in Pakistan. You only pay the rider when your package securely arrives at your doorstep.
How long will it take for my order to arrive, and what are the delivery charges?
We process all orders within 24 hours. Standard delivery across Pakistan takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on your city. During major sales or festive seasons, please allow a slight delay, but rest assured, we partner with premium courier services to get your order to you as fast as possible.
What if the product arrives different from what I ordered online?
If you receive an incorrect item or a different design, we will arrange an immediate exchange for you. You will not have to pay anything extra—we handle and cover all courier fees for the replacement.

We offer a flexible 30-day return and exchange policy. As long as the product is completely unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with the tags attached, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of receiving your order.
Will you restock a design if it sells out?
To ensure our customers wear highly exclusive designs, we produce our collections in limited runs. We want to ensure that the kind of products we make are on a whole other level of quality and uniqueness. Once a design sells out, it is rarely restocked. If you love a piece, we recommend securing it before it’s gone.

How should I wash and care for suits with heavy embroidery or delicate detailing?
To maintain the pristine condition of embroidered, heavily printed, or embellished garments, we highly recommend dry cleaning. If you choose to wash them at home, gently hand-wash the pieces separately in cold water and always iron them inside out on a low heat setting to protect the delicate craftsmanship.
